I was just thinking about this the other day. I’m currently experimenting with a heavy duty lined windshield cover with magnets that attaches to the exterior of the car on the roof and hood. The storage and labor is the biggest issue as you note, as is what to do with it when it’s raining and everything is soaking wet. It also hasn’t been too windy around here yet and I’m wondering if that will be problematic as well.

It’s like bitcoin mining all over again. And providing roughly an equal amount of value.

Not OP but most corn tortillas are GF.

I mean, not to me, no, but in certain circles (especially anywhere outside of the midwest US) some people have very strong feelings about whether they should be "allowed". It's another one of those pineapple-on-pizza situations.

Uhoh, olives. Someone’s looking to start a fight…

In the US this would probably turn into a point of pride pretty quickly.

How well-developed is this telekinetic power? Could I, for example:

  • Continuously turn the air 10M around them into a horrific miasma of farts by doing organic chemistry with nearby carbon and sulfur sources?
  • Always make it much too uncomfortably warm near them by raising the local temperature?
  • Condense the moisture out of it so that the politicians are always dripping wet?

I think in absence of doing real harm to them the best bet is to make them and everyone within 10M of them as extremely uncomfortable as possible.

Bummer, I was hoping it’d be Great Big Observatory given how silly some astronomy naming conventions are.

Nah nothing fun, just tanks of propellant.

He was probably pulling mid-7 figures for the last 3 years, so at this point I’d guess he just has 3 chickens in the backyard of his palace so that he has something to put on his LinkedIn profile.

While I understand the concept of federation I'm unclear as to what it actually entails at a technical level. When lemm.ee eventually shuts down, will all of that user content (posts, comments, votes, etc) cease to exist? Is it mirrored on other instances?
