I bought a new Lenovo with Windows 11 preinstalled and apparently if I want to use this laptop I need to have a Microsoft account in c/windows11@lemmy.world

Use the email address no@thankyou.com and a random password. It will fail but it will allow you to setup a local account instead

Looks super refreshing. Quintessentia is my favorite amaro... I'll definitely have to try this.
