So let me give you an update. It's not been the Rohingyas they've been murdering. They've been murdering everybody else in the last 4 years. The state Rohingyas live in have fallen into the hands of Arakan Army who are comprised primarily of the natives of the state, called Arakans. Ironically, Junta has been attempting to revive Rohingya guerillas, arming Rohingya militants and fighting along side them against Arakan Army in Arakan State.

European aerospace giant Airbus has officially divested from AviChina, a Chinese state-owned arms and aviation manufacturer linked to Myanmar’s military, according to a statement released Wednesday evening by the Blood Money Campaign.

The move, effective since April 1, follows months of pressure from the campaign’s global #Airbus2Airstrikes initiative, which was backed by 361 organizations. Rights advocates called it a “major blow” to the Myanmar junta’s ability to source military equipment through foreign partnerships.

AviChina, a subsidiary of China’s AVIC, has long been implicated in supplying aircraft and defence technology used by Myanmar’s military in deadly airstrikes. Activists say Airbus’s withdrawal sends a clear signal that international business ties with regimes complicit in war crimes are unacceptable.

The dirty and sad truth in Myanmar is all the Ethnic Armed Organizations (EAOs) fighting against the Junta are corrupt authoritarian regimes themselves. Just as bad as the military junta they are fighting, if not worse. The simpletons in international media will paint EAOs as heros fighting against tyranny when in plain sight they are ruled by a few men whose aims are far less noble.

Since taking control, the ethic army has imposed its rule on the ruby-rich town.

While companies affiliated with the previous military junta were banned from operating, locals allege that large-scale mining rights have been granted to individuals connected to TNLA leaders and foreign business interests, particularly from China and the Wa State—which is controlled by the United Wa State Army (UWSA)—and that those mining operations are causing serious environmental damage.

We all knew this election was going to be a farce and now it's guaranteed.

Junta chief Min Aung Hlaing has amended the Union Election Commission Law, which allows government staff to chair all Myanmar’s election bodies ahead of voting due in December or January.

Many government departments are led by ex-military officers who can dominate the election sub-commissions down to the village level.

"The ban was brief, as the vice president’s account was reinstated just minutes later," the report says. "It does not appear that the vice president’s post ran afoul of any of Bluesky’s community guidelines."

The school board's trustee "agreed that Yao did not break any rules. She cited the OCDSB's own guidelines, which say "slogans or symbols that signal solidarity, such as 'Free Palestine' etc. are permitted so long as they don't violate the code of conduct.".

And the board said that no students were suspended as a result of the speech.

So why is this principal's panties getting all bunched up for? She called Yao and told her not to go to school even though Yao's not suspended? Sounds like a personal intimidation by the principal to me.

So they're saying 1 pick was to take KCP's salary dump. So it's essentially 3 picks and 1 pick swap plus Cole. Which is still a lot.
