It means many Texans will freeze when the power grid gets even more overloaded during winter storms. I doubt the power for these data centers would be rerouted to the homes when in need; There's no way Texan leadership would allow their ~~bribers'~~ donors' bottom line be affected by freezing constituents.

Based off of my experience with Nosferatu, there's going to be some plot-relevant softcore werewolf sex scenes.
