These chapters have been so cute lately, can't wait for their totally-not-a-date at the zoo next week!

Worry not, I already played it long ago! I'm patiently and eagerly waiting for them to release the Mod of The Decade edition to re-play it again, I'll definitely try the city guard path and I'm very excited to see what the teased water mage path will be.

I finished my second playthrough of Drova - Forsaken Kin (wanted to see both of the camps + experience the new content added with the last patch) somewhat recently and it gave me the itch to go back and replay the first two games from the Gothic series. I'm already done with Night of the Raven and making my way through the first game now. Getting them to run smoothly on Linux was a bit of a process but other than that they still hold up incredibly well, at least in my incredibly biased view.

I would take a Citrine over a Wisp any day, 90% DR is far better than the little bit of extra health Wisp can give and her fire rate buffs are more often than not more annoying than helpful, it makes your ammo economy absolutely awful and turns everything into a bullet hose. Citrine's energy and health orbs are always useful, especially now when so many people run some sort of Equilibrium effect and her 4 can allow you to red crit with ANYTHING! I wish I saw her more often, she's probably the support frame I'm most happy to see in my squad.

Big reveal about Miko's dad being able to see spirits in life, explains why he is so chill with whatever the horse demon thing is that is protecting their household. I really like how it shows the spirit being clear even when he's not wearing glasses, it shows that spirit vision doesn't rely entirely on sight but something more.

Citrine is getting a new Deluxe skin soon which will hopefully motivate people to actually farm her cause I never see this frame played. I genuinely seen more Oberons in PUBs than Citrines! Granted, I'm guilty of that myself but that's mostly cause this frame is a fantastic support and I play this game solo 98% of the time. She's really damn good! Her 1 can sustain even the greediest builds with the showers of health and energy orbs it generates, her 2 takes the glass-themed 90% DR Gara has and makes it incredibly convenient to maintain it on your entire team, her 3 is a slow but still decent primer and her 4 is a CC with a dmg boost that still applies it's crystal growth debuff even on Overguarded enemies! I know we're in a shield gating meta but as a die-hard health/armor tank I'm always happy to see a Citrine, 90% DR and free HP regen as well as infinite health orbs to supercharge my Arcane Blessings!

The crystal geode, mineral manipulator, DE please give us Mirror Defense omnia fissure - Citrine!

Passive: Citrine emits a healing aura within a radius of 50 meters, granting the Geoluminesence buff to herself and allies that continuously recover a base 5 Health points per second. Whenever she picks up a Health Orb regeneration rate is permanently increased by 0.1 points, up to a maximum heal rate of 25 points per second.
Fractured Blast - Slash and stagger enemies with a crystal blast that inflicts Bleed. Enemies afflicted with this Status Effect have an increase chance of dropping Health and Energy Orbs.
Preserving Shell - Citrine guards herself and nearby allies with a crystalline shell that gradually decays. Kills and assists increase the defensive power of the shell.
Prismatic Gem - Deploy a gem that shoots prismatic beams. The gem targets enemies that are taking weapon damage from Citrine and her allies. Its beams inflict Heat, Cold, Toxin, and Electricity Status Effects. Status Chance and Status Duration increase for nearby allies.
Crystallize - Citrine summons crystal fractals. The fractals rush forward, seeking enemies. Enemies touched by the fractals are paralyzed crystalline growths. Hit the growths to deal Critical Damage.

Acquisition: Main and component blueprints can be obtained from Rotation C of Mirror Defense Tyana Pass on Mars. Alternatively they can be purchased from Otak in the Necralisk, Deimos with Belric Crystal Fragment and Rania Crystal Fragment, awarded from Mirror Defense.

I think the anime that made me tear up the hardest was Assassination Classroom, I didn't expect this goofy premise with an ending that's pretty much spelled out for you from the very beginning to actually hit as hard as it did when the moment came.

With the news of MangaDex's demise it looks like I'm going back to the old RSS feed + aggregator sites method. I already followed some series that way because of publisher region locking BS (Viz...), this just makes me switch all of my active series to this method.

For some reason I thought I already covered Temple around the time of their release. I don't have much to say about them, it's been two months since they released and I still haven't farmed them as both their kit and their theme are completely uninteresting to me. They seems rather good with Lizzie being a good old Ignis Wraith but on steroids but they do nothing my stable of old reliables can't already handle and the rockstar theme is not my thing.

Rockstar frame, better pyromaniac than Ember, best sentient guitar - Temple!

Passive: Temple tracks their rhythmic mayhem by keeping in sync with the Backbeat metronome, shown below their aiming reticle. Casting abilities on the beat provides 50% efficiency and varying bonuses depending on ability used.
Pyrotechnics - Blast targeted enemies with pillars of Heat Damage.
Overdrive - Drive loudspeakers into epic distortion to create a damaging wave of Heat Damage while also increasing vulnerability to Critical Chance.
Ripper's Wail - Rip on the guitar to make Temple briefly invulnerable while healing them. Ally’s weapons in Affinity Range are lit-up with extra Heat Damage each time an ability is used on the Backbeat and successfully hits enemies.
Exalted Solo - Once a charge has been built up on the Backbeat metronome, set Lizzie aflame and torch enemies with Heat. While aimed, Lizzie blasts enemies with thunderous elemental sound waves, use ability controls to change the Elemental Damage type.

Acquisition: Main and component blueprints can be obtained from the Stage Defense at Solstice Square in Höllvania. Alternatively blueprints can be purchased from Flare of The Hex with the Beating Heartstrings awarded from Stage Defense.

I still stand by what I said in the original Equinox's weekly warframe: I like the concept of what this frame is but not necessarily the execution. A DPS/support frame that can switch between both kits with a press of a button is a very interesting idea, but the way it was executed just doesn't work. Most people who still use Equinox will just use Maim to build up a big AoE nuke over and over, or to put enemies to sleep with Rest. I think what this frame misses is some incentive to switch modes, something like a bar that builds up as you do things that each form encourages. Killings things, Raging them or having them in your Provoke aura range would build it up in Day form while sleeping enemies, Pacifying them or healing allies with Mend would build it in Night form. When casting Metamorphosis you would get some sort of buff depending on how high you managed to build up your bar in the other form. Still allows you to just camp one form if you wish, but now you have an actual reason to play both sides of Equinox instead of just focusing on one.

The deadly duality, two warframes in one, I sold my original one before Helminth and don't have the mental fortitude to get another one now - Equinox!

Passive: When Equinox collects Health Orbs or Energy Orbs, 10% of the restored amount is converted into additional Energy and Health respectively.
Metamorphosis - Switch forms, temporarily gaining bonus shields and armor in Night-Form, or bonus damage and speed in Day-Form.
Rest & Rage - In Night Form targets are put to sleep. In Day Form targets become more vulnerable to damage.
Pacify & Provoke - In Night Form reduces damage inflicted by nearby enemies. In Day Form increases Ability Strength of nearby allies.
Mend & Maim - In Night Form, allies are healed with each nearby enemy killed. In Day Form, nearby enemies are bled and then subjected to a wave of slashing force.

Acquisition: Requires a unique method to craft: Tenno must forge both the Equinox Night Aspect and Equinox Day Aspect in the Foundry – each of which requires its respective Neuroptics, Chassis, and Systems – before the Warframe itself can be built. Component and Aspect blueprints can be obtained by defeating Tyl Regor on Titania, Uranus. Main blueprint can be purchased from the Market.

Yeah, he really only shines when played solo and in missions where you get to stay still and have loads of enemies come to you. The various iterations of defense or survival are where he is most fun to play, I would never bring him to an exterminate, assassination, etc. Is he better than the Torid/Furis Incarnon? No, but the Torid/Furis have better KPM than about 70% of DPS Warframes so there is that.

This is a repost of the Weekly Warframe from 3 days ago as dormi.zone was having issues at the time and the post didn't seem to federate. Apologies to lemmy.zip users for the duplicate!

Brutalism frame, a walking soviet era apartment building, "Why do I taste metal?" - Qorvex!

Passive: All primary, secondary, selective melee weapons (Glaives and Gunblades), and Crucible Blast wielded by Qorvex gain Core Exposure, granting them a +3 Punch Through bonus.
Chyrinka Pillar - Summon a Chyrinka Pillar that slows enemies. It pulses Radiation Damage with a guaranteed Status Effect.
Containment Wall - Contain the threat. Qorvex summons walls that slam together, damaging all enemies caught between them and inflicting Radiation Status.
Disometric Guard - Guard yourself and nearby allies against Status Effects. Each time Qorvex kills or assists in killing an enemy affected by Radiation Status, the number of Status Effects Disometric Guard can prevent increases.
Crucible Blast - Release a beam from Qorvex's Crucible Core. Each enemy struck suffers Radiation Damage with a guaranteed Status Effect. Enemies affected by Radiation Status explode in a chain reaction.

Acquisition: Main blueprint is acquired upon completion of Whispers in the Walls quest. Component blueprints are acquired from Sanctum Anatomica Bounties and can be purchased from Bird 3 of Cavia.

The stealth archer, the loot thief, bunny frame - Ivara!

Passive: Ivara's innate enemy Radar has a larger radius, detecting enemies and displaying their position on the minimap within 50 meters rather than the usual 30 meters.
Quiver - Cycle through and shoot one of four tactical arrows: Cloak, Dashwire, Noise and Sleep. In the Conclave, use the Null-Shield and Slow Arrows.
Navigator - Assume control of a projectile and guide it to the target.
Prowl - Become invisible and steal loot from unsuspecting enemies or take out prey with deadly headshots.
Artemis Bow - Summon a mighty bow and unleash a volley of devastating arrows.

Acquisition: Main and component blueprints are acquired from Spy missions.

The Eidolon slayer, glass warrior, walking maelstrom of death - Gara!

Passive: When casting an ability, Gara's glass body has 15% chance to Blind enemies within 12 meters for 10 seconds, exposing them to Melee Finisher attacks. Blind chance increases by 20% until the blind triggers.
Shattered Lash - Lash out with stream of shattered glass, or hold for an arcing strike.
Splinter Storm - Gara's armor splinters into a maelstrom of shattered glass that slices enemies and impairs their weapons. Allies who contact the cloud are fortified against damage.
Spectrorage - Trap enemies in a carousel of mirrors, forcing them to attack visions of their true selves. Destroyed mirrors damage their attackers, as does the collapse of the carousel.
Mass Vitrify - Create an expanding ring of molten glass that slowly crystallizes enemies who enter. When the expansion is complete, the ring hardens to block weapons fire. The ring draws extra strength from the health and shields of crystallized enemies. Use Shattered Lash to smash the ring and send razor-sharp glass flying outward.

Acquisition: Main blueprint is awarded upon completion of the Saya's Vigil quest. Component blueprints are acquired from Plains of Eidolon Bounties.

The monkey king, master of spy speedruns, Spin2Win - Wukong!

Passive: Wukong has learned five techniques to avoid death whenever he takes fatal damage. Wukong will be randomly allowed 3 of these techniques per mission, each will make Wukong avoid entering bleedout upon taking fatal damage, Invulnerable for 2 seconds, restore 50% health, and provide a unique buff.
Celestial Twin - Shedding part of himself, Wukong creates a twin to fight by his side. Attack at range and the twin will melee, pull a blade and the twin will lay down covering fire. Use again to command the twin to attack a target with increased damage.
Cloud Walker - Evaporate into a cloud of mist and float through the battlefield, dazing any enemy encountered, while healing Wukong and his twin.
Defy - Wukong and his twin become invulnerable and defy enemies to attack. All damage is captured, stored, and dealt back in a single furious strike of Wukong's staff. Bonus Armor is then granted relative to the damage captured.
Primal Fury - Summon the Iron Staff and unleash fury.

Acquisition: Blueprints can be researched from the Tenno Lab in the dojo.

The first warframe, master of the sword, influence goes brrrr - Excalibur!

Passive: Excalibur has improved mastery in the Tenno art of the blade, receiving +10% Attack Speed and +10% damage bonuses for melee attacks while wielding swords, dual swords, nikanas and rapiers.
Slash Dash - Dash between enemies while slashing with the Exalted Blade.
Radial Blind - Emits a bright flash of light, blinding all enemies in a small radius for several seconds.
Radial Javelin - Launches javelins towards enemies, dealing high damage and impaling them to walls.
Exalted Blade - Summon a sword of pure light and immense power.

Acquisition: Available as one of the three starting Warframe options. Otherwise his main blueprint can be purchased from the Market, component blueprints can be obtained from defeating Lieutenant Lech Kril on War, Mars.
