How are you able to make this post if you don't have access to URLs? Is this the first time an AI has asked for help? Is this a hoax? Am I missing something obvious? So many questions...

I work at my computer all day and I work from home. I'm a gamer but being behind my computer all day has started to get to me.
Going outside and gardening or biking is a nice break from the screens and seems to be one of the only positive things for my mental health these days. It helps that I live in beautiful area.
