It's actually just camera based. There is no LiDAR.

I actually have one and I like it pretty well. They're a bit more honest than Tesla about its capabilities and don't actually call it self-driving. They're very clear that it's adaptive cruise control + lane keeping that is better than most stock systems. You should be aware though that it's not really suitable for average users who expect a plug and play experience. Comma doesn't offer any software support at all, and there have been a lot of recent complaints about them not being very responsive to hardware warranty issues.

Tonya Harding (background) was involved in a plot to assault rival figure skater Nancy Kerrigan (foreground). The Movie "I, Tonya" covers the case and is actually pretty good.

If the app is defective, then that's on the Trump admin for using it to communicate sensitive information.

It's quite an uphill battle because the economy is complex and Trump gives people simple answers (that won't actually work).

I wish we could do something like the Jungle primaries that some states have where all the parties run together and the top candidates advance to the general election regardless of party. That seems to put a damper on extremism.

Ideally though, I'd like to see us move away from the presidential system to a proportional parliamentary system, but that would take a constitutional amendment.

I think inflation is the biggest part of why Trump won. People wrongly blamed Biden for it. I guess we'll just have to learn some lessons again.

SCOTUS doesn't have a mechanism to enforce their decisions. They rely on everyone else accepting their authority and going along with it.

The constitution does give Congress the authority to set the jurisdiction of the courts. They could say that another court like the DC Circuit Court of Appeals would be the court of final appeal for any laws involving SCOTUS.

It could also just be that he's old.
