Damn, 2 seasons straight being fired mid season.

Wow, NFL really does stand for Not For Long. What did they expect that they were going to get the first year with a a new coach, a rebuilding franchise, and rookie QB?

Anyone remember when Jimmy Johnson took over the Cowboys and promptly went 1-15, only to go on to win 3 Super Bowls? Jimmy wouldn’t have gotten a second season in today’s NFL

Sad to see him go. Such a likeable guy. Not sure what went wrong in Carolina.

Not to absolve him of all the blame, but having probably the least talented roster in the league and a rookie starting QB has never resulted in many wins.

At that other site, some people suggested that he was not flexible, and particularly that he changed up blocking schemes to install his preferred system without having the right personnel, so the already mediocre OL regressed. You can try to scheme and "athlete" your way around a poor line, but you are really fucked if you have a terrible one.

And maybe they should also get back to looking for a defensive coordinator too.

Reich would probably be an upgrade but can't get rid of Joe Brady after his first 2 games have looked great. Maybe in the offseason.

Thanks for the SB victory, Frank. Sorry the Colts and Panthers didn’t work out.

Damn that’s crazy, rumors are he wanted Stroud and ownership forced Young.
