Were you extremely online between 2005 and 2012? If not, that's why.
I mean, I've certainly been actively online since the 90s, including pre-internet BBSs and the like. I guess I just missed this one. Must of not been in any of the web rings I was a part of. 😏
That's okay. Maybe you're familiar with another meme level reference, 1 of the lucky 10,000. Web rings were like the coolest thing.

And web rings were indeed cool. I had a number of websites at the time using them and even made some great friends through those associations.

Which is relevant, because it means zombo.com was launched near the peak of the dot com bubble (burst in 2000). Makes complete sense.

Also one of the very few non https sites that I can recall off the top of my head. I use it for testing on a semi regular basis.
