This item probably doesn't actually exist. A surprising amount of the weird items that are listed by sellers on Amazon and other marketplaces are custom items that the manufacturer could theoretically could print up and ship to someone if it actually gets ordered, but until that happens, it's just a photoshopped item listed on storefronts.

They're basically listing pre-customized custom tee shirts and other fabric items.

It's not a girl. Rimuru was a man originally but clearly cuts off their former identy after reincarnation and actually like being slime. The standard form they use comes from eating dead girl but Rimuru don't want to be girl either and assume similarly looking but way more androgynous form.
