So like youtube in 1080p can be upscaled to 4K? Is it good?

I tried it a while ago, but only on anime, which it seems to work pretty well on.

For me, the reduction in banding in the main feature. Displaying anime at 720p and upscaling to 1080p looks better.

I looked in the control panel and didn't see anything new so i guess i was already using it lol
