Mexico, when portrayed in most movies, always has an orange filter overlaying the scene. The meme states that Mexico has finally voted to change "their filter" to purple.

Lol I just got a new pair of brown tint sunglasses tand as I was driving around on a sunny day, everything looked all sepia and I was like damn I must have taken a wrong turn at Albuquerque...
