If she's suggesting it I'm suspicious, but we will have to take a look at the electoral system and the notwithstanding clause eventually, at the very least.

I feel like smith is less about electoral reform and more about "Alberta has the right to extract as much oil as it wants, in whatever method it wants and is exempt from any and all regulations"

And all the other provinces have to build pipelines to ship it. And no transfer payments to provinces that didn't accidentaly have oil underneath, but we still get full services from the government.

The level of having our cake and eating it too that gets sold to the public is ridiculous.

She probably wants more powers for Premiers (read: Danielle Smith) too, even though she doesn't respect the decision making of municipalities underneath her at all.
