100% fucks kids. this liberal racist has used the n word so many times in his books. i know this because ive not read many books- his are some of the only fiction ive read. i cant think of ONE that doesnt use the n word multiple times. you dont need to write characters who talk like that. he just wants to say it
Also, you know, the scene toward the end of "It" where he is just being a pedo openly.
Just about every one of his books has kids meeting a similar fate
i've read several books and they almost all have some conveniently white racist side character that can yell Ns and other racial slurs. and most non-white characters talk in some level of uncomfortable racial dialect that's almost minstrel-level, which is not great when it's like the green mile and it's a rural guy from like the 30s, but becomes absurd when it's a more modern character. the black tower books had a main character with some kind of split personality where one side of her was talking like a 1920s racist cartoon, which was explained in universe as... idk
