I need like a little guide. Not a 20 page document, Ideally I have a proposal within a day or 2.

For irl activism.

Right now the left thing I'm in runs fraudulent elections within itself. Only ppl present can vote, no voter anonymity etc.

Any form of allocating power to individuals to decide on your behalf is a self imposed authority hierarchy. Selecting a representative to carry the decisions made by the body to a secondary level (federation of first degree collectives) is not the same thing as elections. If so, anyone and everyone in cycle should undertake this delicate task on speaking only on matters discussed and agreed upon, without ANY individual input. So why elect, through the dice, pull a number, replace with next member on the list.
