Today's update adds four new heroes to matchmaking: Holliday, Vyper, Calico, and The Magnificent Sinclair.

Expanding our roster is one of our major goals in 2025. While some of these characters have a much higher degree of temporary art than usual, we are excited to see how they perform on the battlefield.

A feared assassin; Calico uses the shadows to her advantage, weaving in and out of combat to hunt down her enemies one by one. More importantly, you can possess her sphinx Ava and run around as a cat.


This update also marks the conclusion of the Winter Event. Players who participated in it will have a record of their achievements on their profile page.

  • Passive: Any time you secure or deny a Soul you get ammo back and gain stacking Spirit Power.

  • Neutral kills count as soul capture

Side Note: I’m almost certain camps and minions don’t dispel this think it’s just the towers.

I used to take this over regen every time I had a hard lane but I’ve been taking regen more recently. Having to basically stay out of sight from the other team takes you out of the fight a bit too much in my opinion so I’d rather take regen and play more cautiously but have the continuous healing up.

Exception is on support ivy since I’ll upgrade it to healing nova but outside of support players I think regen is usually the better move.

Minor patch, next major one will be in 2025.

- Fixed some cases where slows could cause your speed to fall below the 2 m/s minimum
- Fixed slow percentage calculations being based off of assuming min speed is 0 rather than 2 (in effect this reduces how strong slows are)
- T4 items cost reduced from 6.2k to 6k
- Shield duration to not take damage before regenerating increased from 18s to 30s
- Fixed Ethereal Shift not canceling abilities like Flight
- Fixed various bugs with Arcane Surge
- Tick gold increased from 2/1% to 2.5/1.5%
- Restorative Shot: Cooldown increased from 6s to 7s
- Spellslinger Headshots: Cooldown is now on a per target basis rather than on the item itself (this is a buff/flexibility improvement)
- Spellslinger Headshots: Spirit Amp per headshot increased from 3% to 4%
- Spellslinger Headshots: Fixed the base Spirit Amp requiring a headshot (this fix was released recently)
- Knockdown: Stun duration reduced form 0.75s to 0.5s for ground targets (airborne values adjusted to be similar to before)
